Product challenge
Launch Prava as a distinct premium furniture proposition within Furlenco’s business. The digital experience had to communicate a more considered brand, showcase rich product media, and still perform well for mobile shoppers and search.
Product and engineering approach
- Partnered around the intended premium experience, then translated it into a mobile-first Next.js product with server rendering for performance and discoverability.
- Built a dynamic theme system with CSS-in-JS and React Context so the new brand could feel distinct without creating brittle, one-off pages.
- Balanced rich product storytelling with practical loading constraints through video optimization, lazy-loaded components, and progressive catalog imagery.
- Used Docker multi-stage builds and Sentry monitoring to make the launch path and production behavior as deliberate as the interface.
Outcome
- Established a differentiated digital home for Furlenco’s premium furniture segment.
- Preserved the visual ambition of the brand while improving the experience on constrained mobile connections.
- Created reusable theming and delivery foundations that supported the product beyond its initial launch.
