Implementation
A closer look at the product interface and the implemented experience.

Product challenge
Introduce UNLMTD as a new subscription model inside an established furniture-rental business. Customers needed to understand packages, configure furniture for different home sizes, and manage the same journey across web, Android, and iOS without feeling that they had entered a disconnected product.
Product and engineering approach
- Mapped the subscription journey from package discovery through furniture selection and management, then built the React web experience around those decisions.
- Delivered React Native modules inside the existing Android and iOS apps so customers could adopt UNLMTD without changing their relationship with Furlenco.
- Used shared components and design conventions to keep navigation, language, and interaction patterns coherent across platforms.
- Worked within the constraints of an established commerce ecosystem, balancing a new product identity with integration into the main website and apps.
Outcome
- Reached 60,000 active users at peak usage.
- Took a new business vertical to customers across web and existing mobile distribution.
- Reduced fragmentation by making package selection and subscription management feel like one product across surfaces.
